• Manage users, roles, profiles, and permissions; maintain core objects (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities); and ensure data quality, system hygiene, and consistency across the org • Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, and approval processes — improving existing automation to reduce manual effort and ensuring everything is structured, scalable, and easy to maintain • Create and manage custom objects, fields, and page layouts; support light development work including Apex and SOQL as needed; assist with testing, deployments, and release management • Support integrations with other business systems, monitor data syncs, resolve issues, and manage data imports, updates, and cleanup efforts • Build and maintain reports and dashboards, ensure underlying data supports accurate reporting, and partner with stakeholders to deliver usable insights
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of Salesforce experience in an Admin or Admin/Developer capacity
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and hands-on experience with Flows, validation rules, formulas, and user and data management
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, APIs, integrations, and data tools such as Data Loader or Sweep.io
- Experience supporting Sales or business-facing teams and comfort working directly with stakeholders to translate needs into solutions
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while staying focused on practical, maintainable outcomes
