Role Description Monogram Health is seeking a healthcare Licensing Specialist with experience in a large clinical organization, provider group, third-party licensing company, or medical staff office. This role supports organizational and clinical goals by ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant licensure of practitioners across multiple states. The Licensing Specialist manages state medical licensure for physicians and advanced practice providers, maintains accurate records in credentialing systems, and proactively resolves discrepancies that could delay licensure. Assignments are driven by business needs and operational/clinical leadership priorities. This role serves as a subject matter expert on state licensure requirements and collaborative practice agreements and always ensures audit-ready documentation. Responsibilities - Manage state licensure, DEA, CDS, and collaborative practice agreements for physicians and other practitioner types (e.g., NPs, RNs, LCSWs). - Prepare clear instructions and correspondence to guide practitioners through application completion and supporting documentation. - Proactively follow up and create urgency with practitioners, institutions, and state boards via phone and email to meet start dates and resolve outstanding items. - Coordinate and submit required primary source verifications to state boards. - Prioritize application workflows based on business needs and departmental guidance. - Track licensure progress, document lifecycle milestones, and maintain accurate, timely data in credentialing systems and shared drives. - Communicate licensure status and expected timeframes to Licensing & Credentialing, Operations, and Clinical Leadership. - Notify Credentialing of license issuances, renewals, and CPA submissions to avoid disruptions in credentialing or enrollment. - Generate reports, monitor expiring licenses and certifications, and manage renewals. - Perform recurring audits, data reconciliation, and reporting; escalate issues as needed. - Ensure practitioner data accuracy across HR, CME, CVO, and credentialing databases. - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Monogram Health credentialing policies. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum of three (3) years of licensing experience required. - Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet. - Proven ability to maintain accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks. - Creative and persistent problem solver. - Ability to research data and draw conclusions. - Must be able to work in an independent manner while also collaborating effectively with team members to manage multiple simultaneous time-sensitive deliverables and deadlines. - Demonstrated capability to engage professionally & effectively with a variety of contacts including senior management, government agencies/licensing board and other business associates. - Highly effective communicator, both in verbal and written communication skills. - Client service oriented. - Attention to detail with a consistent focus on producing accurate work. - Able to handle confidential information in a reliable manner. - Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and confidential information. Role Description The Flight Mechanic is responsible to the Line Maintenance Manager. When assigned duty at an OAI maintenance station, he will report to the Station Maintenance Manager/Lead Mechanic. The Flight Mechanic has ETOPS duties as defined in the ETOPS Policies and Procedures Manual (EPPM). - Always safety conscious when executing duties and responsibilities. - Perform routine, non-routine and preventative maintenance in accordance with OAI manuals, manufacturers’ manuals, FAR’s and other established procedures to ensure timely release and continued airworthiness of company aircraft. - Sign for work accomplished including troubleshooting deferred maintenance items, and ensure proper recording of all maintenance tasks on company documents. - Keep a constant watch for safety, excessive cost of labor duplication, ensure proper and adequate equipment is used, acceptable parts or components are installed and approved hardware or supplies are used. - Flight Mechanics will not perform routine maintenance tasks while aircraft is in flight. - Only items of an emergency nature will be addressed inflight, and then, and only when directed to do so by the Captain. - Report directly to Director or Quality Control while exercising authority under RII provisions. - Keep Maintenance Control informed of aircraft status as often as possible. - If the aircraft is on an A.O.G. status, inform Maintenance Control and keep updated by the most expeditious means available. - Call Maintenance Control at every stop if possible. - Be security conscious: be aware of who is on your aircraft and what they are doing. - Report all security violations to the applicable authority. - Properly tag all repairable components including reason for removal. - Attend all training courses as assigned by any supervisor. - Comply with all company rules, regulations, and procedures set forth in company manuals and policies developed by supervisor. - Responsible for the fly-a-way kits installed on aircraft in which they are assigned. - Conduct a visual inspection of the fly-a-way kit prior to accepting an aircraft to ensure required tooling and supplies are available for trip. - Keep the fly-a-way kit neat and clean at all times, and all parts to be properly protected and secured in the fly-a-way. - Ensure all paperwork is neat, organized, properly documented, and returned to Tulsa as soon as possible – at a minimum weekly. - While traveling on company paid transportation, wear proper attire and conduct himself in a professional manner – proper attire would be business casual. - When onboard company aircraft, represent the Maintenance Department appropriately and present a professional attitude. - Perform duties significant to the Lower Minimums Maintenance Program (LMP) as specified in GMM Chapter 12. - Maintain an insurable driving record under Omni insurance driving guidelines. Qualifications - Must be willing to work a 12-hour shift schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport which allows unrestricted travel to all the countries where OAI may fly. - Valid A&P License. - Minimum 3 years maintenance experience on transport category aircraft. - Valid state issued drivers’ license with clear MVR with no major moving violations within the past 3 years. - Must be able to pass a 10-year background/criminal/motor vehicle records check and pre-employment drug screen. - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
