Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, change enablement, or similar discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience creating standard OCM deliverables, including:
  • Leadership and stakeholder communications
  • Change impact assessments
  • Training and enablement materials
  • Readiness surveys and adoption reporting
  • Strong business and technical writing skills, including presentation development and storytelling.
  • Experience supporting large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work across global, cross‑functional teams in complex environments.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Role Description Eaton’s IS VEH Functions division is currently seeking a Mobility Category Manager- Copper. This position is a remote opportunity within the US/PR. The Mobility Category Manager, Copper will support the development and deployment of the category strategy for copper purchases for the North American region. This position will lead the management of approximately $140M of spend to drive category performance towards optimal conditions (cost, commercial, working capital, quality, delivery, resiliency, and VAVE) through collaboration with business stakeholders, operations, and centers of excellence. This role will be accountable for supplier relationship and performance management, leading supplier negotiations, business reviews, and resolving all supply issues. This position will also support category continuous improvement initiatives to achieve procurement excellence. The expected annual salary range for this role is $113,000 - $165,000 a year.
