About this Opportunity We are looking for a Customer and Product Security Director with responsibility for South Korea, Japan and Taiwan who is also taking the role as Solution Security Officer in MNEA (Market Area North East Asia). This is a Customer-facing Security Advisory role who also work internally to ensure security in locally developed products and solutions. This role will focus on adherence to global and market-area-specific security requirements while enabling sales, delivery, and development of secure Ericsson solutions. The position acts as the primary counterpart to the MNEA Leadership and Account teams on solution security matters and serves as a trusted advisor to customers on security, privacy, and business continuity matters. The role reports to the MNEA Head of Security and maintains a dotted line to Head of Customer & Solution Security. Primary location: Seoul, South Korea; secondary location: Yokohama, Japan. What you will do Act as a trusted customer-facing security advisor - Proactively build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. - Serve as the key contact for Security, Privacy, and BCM matters towards customers and accounts. - Ensure customer security requirements are understood, addressed, contractually reflected, and verifiable. - Support both pre-sales and post-sales engagements, including requirement analysis and solution recommendations. Support security governance across sales & delivery - Supports security audits and reviews across customer proposals, projects, and programs. - Manage security tollgates and approve high-risk solution security commitments. - Assess and handle non-standard solution deviations and key security risks. - Coordinate with other MNEA security officers on compliance needs (ISO, NIST, etc.). - Provide expert guidance across domains such as risk assessment, governance, product privacy, security hardening, ISO 27001 controls, vulnerability assessment, and more. Lead the Market Area solution security agenda - Drive adherence to product and solution security requirements and frameworks. - Consolidate and communicate the MNEA security risk profile and drive risk mitigation activities. - Implement security governance functions from group steering documents. - Lead and guide MNEA solution security core teams and dedicated working groups. - Represent the MNEA in global product security forums and executive discussions. Support project delivery risk management - Analyze customer technology environments and define security-related business requirements. - Support risk analysis, gap assessment, and mitigation activities. - Drive closure of customer-identified gaps through collaboration across the Ericsson security community. The skills you bring Leadership & advisory capabilities - Proven experience influencing senior leadership in global organizations. - Strong relationship management across internal and external teams. - Ability to provide strategic guidance and also execute hands-on, time-critical tasks. - Experience facing C-level customers and participation in sales activities. - Experience leading security programs, projects, and cross-functional initiatives. Technical & domain expertise - Basic knowledge of Ericsson product portfolio. - Deep knowledge of product/solution security and cybersecurity principles, and Ericsson EGMS and SRM framework. - Understanding of telecom-specific security implications (Open RAN, SBA, Core/RAN interfaces, network slicing, distributed cloud, XaaS models). - Knowledge of ISO, NIST and other global security/privacy frameworks. - Broad IT experience across OS, networking, and infrastructure. - Familiarity with vulnerability management and incident response. Additional qualifications - University degree in Telecom, IT, Security or related fields (Master's preferred). - 5+ years of cybersecurity experience (telecom/IoT strongly preferred). - Solid understanding of local and regional telecom security regulations. - Excellent written and spoken English. Role Description The Director of Pharmacy Operations — 503b is a senior strategic leader who works in close partnership with local facility leadership to drive performance, regulatory excellence, and long-term growth across our 503b outsourcing portfolio. This role functions as an enabler and architect — establishing the frameworks, standards, and development roadmaps that empower facility GMs and production managers to execute with confidence. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this leader collaborates cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Sales teams to advance outsourcing capabilities, develop existing infrastructure, and position each facility for sustainable production scale. Note on Scope: This position’s primary mandate is to drive 503b outsourcing performance and maximize the impact of Revelation Pharma’s 503b network. This role may also carry oversight or advisory responsibility for select 503a facilities as it relates to network integration and capacity planning. Responsibilities - Lead the strategic assessment and buildout of existing 503b outsourcing facilities. - Develop and execute a multi-phase facility development roadmap aligned with commercial demand forecasts. - Drive production scaling initiatives by evaluating current batch sizes, fill/finish capacity, and staffing models. - Oversee the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. - Partner with Engineering and Facilities teams on cleanroom upgrades and other infrastructure investments. - Define and monitor production KPIs including batch yield and cycle time. - Maintain operational readiness for FDA inspections across all 503b registered outsourcing facilities. - Provide guidance and oversight on state Board of Pharmacy licensure and federal statutory requirements. - Partner closely with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs functions. - Champion a quality culture across all facilities. - Lead operational response to FDA Form 483 observations and significant quality events. - Partner with facility GMs and production managers to align on operational priorities. - Collaborate with local leadership to co-develop service and quality plans for each facility. - Collaborate with Commercial and Customer Success teams to align production scheduling with customer demand. - Ensure departments keep pace with technical innovation in outsourcing pharmacy. - Conduct structured assessments of Revelation Pharma’s 503a compounding facilities. - Develop and maintain a network-wide view of 503a demand patterns. - Collaborate with 503a site leadership and Sales teams to design referral and supply pathways. - Identify specific therapeutic categories or dosage forms for 503b production capabilities. - Evaluate capacity headroom at 503b facilities relative to current and projected 503a referral volume. - Partner with Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance for 503b products. - Present network integration findings and opportunity assessments to senior leadership. - Work in partnership with facility GMs to assess and strengthen the leadership team at each site. - Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to facility GMs. - Support facility GMs in conducting meaningful performance and development conversations. - Conduct periodic on-site visits to each facility. - Collaborate with facility GMs to ensure site-level training programs are in place. Qualifications - PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required. - Minimum 4 years of direct 503b outsourcing pharmacy experience required. - Proven leadership experience in a multi-site or high-volume compounding environment strongly preferred. - Direct experience with FDA inspections and cGMP compliance programs is required. - Demonstrated track record of leading facility development projects. - Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable. - Strong financial acumen with experience managing operational budgets. - Exceptional communication and executive presence.
