Role Description Le Délégué Sédentaire organise de manière autonome son travail, et gère un portefeuille de clients d’une manière ciblée (en termes qualitatif et quantitatif) depuis son domicile. - Développe le chiffre d’affaires de la gamme de produits de sa Business Unit, sur un secteur défini. - Conclut des ventes à distance en démontrant la valeur des produits Elanco aux ayants droit. - Gère son secteur selon un plan d’action commercial élaboré en collaboration avec son responsable. - Développe les ventes sur une population de clients ciblés et définie avec le responsable commercial. - Entretenez une relation privilégiée avec la clientèle pour accroître les ventes, notamment chez des segments non visités. - Traite tous les aspects de la relation commerciale : prises de commandes, gestion des questions et insatisfactions des clients. - Assure une communication efficiente avec les délégués vétérinaires itinérants. - Assure des actions de prospection et la promotion des nouvelles offres. - Documente l’ensemble de son activité dans la base de CRM et les tableaux de bords. Qualifications - Avoir une bonne élocution et un goût prononcé pour le contact. - Avoir une écoute active. - Avoir une bonne organisation. - Être dynamique et motivé par les résultats. - Avoir un sens développé de la relation commerciale. Requirements - Connaissance des marchés et de leurs spécificités. - Connaissance de l’environnement réglementaire propre à l’industrie vétérinaire. - Connaissance des techniques de négociation et de vente (closing). - Maîtrise des outils informatiques indispensable (utilisation des fonctionnalités avancées de Excel, PowerPoint, CRM).
