We’re looking for a Partnership Manager for Digital Partnerships to join our ever-evolving team and help us unleash the potential of every business. The Digital Partnerships team manages Worldpay’s relationship with critical digital service providers. These providers include: - System Integrators - Billing Platforms - Orchestration Layers - Streaming Platforms - Consultants - Other organizations providing services to Worldpay You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of digital service providers including: - Billing platforms - Orchestration layers - Payment gateways - Consultants - Other related providers Your responsibilities include: - Owning the overall relationship with each partner and ensuring alignment of strategies to drive mutual growth. - Identifying and cultivating relationships with new partners to meet business objectives. - Owning day-to-day relationships with key digital service providers. - Preparing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to share Worldpay performance, product roadmap, and other relevant updates. - Leading negotiations on contracts for renewals and adding new products, services, or geographies. - Working with internal teams (e.g., product, risk, treasury) to respond to RFIs from digital services partners. - Monitoring volume, fees, and performance across your portfolio of financial service providers. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience leading key partnerships strongly preferred. - A can-do attitude and excitement for driving business within a leading payments company. - Ability to influence and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders across various functions and geographies. - Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to seamlessly move from high-level strategy to critical items. - A passion and interest in financial services. - Great organizational skills, with the ability to segment and compartmentalize information, documents, and relationships across different partners.
