Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in related field of study required. - Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in meetings and events management, program development, sponsorship/exhibit program management, or related strategic roles required. - Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder meetings or external programs from concept through execution required. - Experience designing high-impact, immersive attendee experiences that drive engagement, learning, and connection required. - Experience developing and managing program budgets and financial forecasts, including accountability for revenue and expense performance required. - Experience supporting or leading sponsorship and exhibit program strategy, including prospectus development, pricing models, sales support, and fulfillment required. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional leaders and presenting recommendations, financial analyses, and strategic proposals to senior leadership required. - Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) preferred. - Experience in revenue-generating event environments preferred. - Experience working within healthcare, professional associations, or mission-driven organizations preferred. - Demonstrated success growing sponsorship revenue, exhibitor engagement, or external audience participation preferred. - Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level, translating organizational objectives into scalable, revenue-generating event programs. - Ability to conceptualize and execute immersive, experience-driven event environments aligned with brand and strategic objectives. - Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. - Strong business acumen and understanding of ROI-driven programming. - Ability to project manage multiple initiatives within time limits and budget parameters. - Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior business leaders and stakeholders. - Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform in a fast-paced, multi-project environment requiring speed and accuracy. - Strong financial management, analytical, and reporting skills. - Knowledge of meeting technologies, registration platforms, and event management systems. - Ability to travel to meetings and events as needed. Role Description The Assistant Technical Services Delivery Manager, a fully remote role, will serve as the key liaison between our technical team and the Technical Services Delivery Manager, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of technical queries and escalations. You will actively monitor and manage our PSA system, oversee ticket flow across service boards, and ensure timely responses to client needs. In addition, you’ll contribute to project work, helping deliver system upgrades, migrations, and other technical initiatives. This is a full-time position of 40-50 hours a week. The majority of your hours worked would be during our Seattle business hours, Mon - Fri, from 8 AM to 6 PM PST in order to better collaborate with our team and our clients.
