• Own the planning and execution of integrated demand gen campaigns across assigned client accounts • Build multi-touch campaign plans that connect messaging, content, targeting, and conversion mechanics into a cohesive program • Bring a test-and-learn mindset to campaign execution • Lead campaign strategy across key demand channels including email, landing pages, paid media, LinkedIn organic, webinars/events • Track campaign performance end-to-end, from traffic and conversion rates to lead quality, pipeline influence, and ROI
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign strategy for B2B organizations
- Built full-funnel campaigns that include multiple channels, not just paid media
- Fluent in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including segmentation, workflows, nurture strategy, reporting, and campaign setup
- Understanding of paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting)
- Organized, decisive, and able to lead campaign execution without constant oversight

The consultant will design, develop, and execute performance test strategies, interpret results, and provide recommendations that ensure application stability and scalability. Experience with Maximo and utility industry environments is considered a strong plus. Experience with TOSCA is preferred. The consultant will also mentor QA personnel on performance testing methodologies and NeoLoad scripting. Candidates may be located anywhere. Being based in Houston is a plus. Responsibilities • Consult with customers to design and implement comprehensive performance testing activities using NeoLoad • Develop performance test plans, scripts, scenarios, and execution strategies aligned with system requirements Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Seven or more years of experience in Software Development, Quality Assurance, or Performance Engineering • Three or more years of hands-on NeoLoad performance testing experience required • Maximo or utilities industry experience is a strong plus • TOSCA experience preferred • ISTQB or Performance Engineering certification preferred If your experience or qualifications are similar to what we are seeking, please consider applying. • Own revenue-focused demand generation – develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that directly impact prospect and customer growth, focusing on pipeline creation, acceleration, and conversion. • Partner with marketing ops, rev ops, and finance to forecast, track, and report on marketing-sourced pipeline, ensuring marketing consistently delivers on revenue contribution goals. • Design and optimize integrated campaigns across digital, events, content, ABM, and partner channels to maximize ROI. • Lead content strategy that drives demand, builds category leadership and supports the buying journey. • Own the website end-to-end including performance analytics, content strategy, and conversion optimization to fuel demand and acquisition. • Partner closely with AEs and SDRs to drive accountability, process discipline, and performance to ensure consistent delivery of qualified opportunities that convert to revenue. • Closely align with marketing operations and analytics, ensuring accurate attribution, lead scoring, campaign measurement and continuous optimization based on performance data. • Manage, mentor, and inspire a high performing team while building a culture of continuous learning.
