• Control and calculation of withholdings (IRRF, INSS, PIS, COFINS, CSLL) • Preparation of EFD-Reinf • Analysis of withholding at source and special tax regimes • Calculation and control of ISS (municipal service tax), both within and outside the municipality • Contract review to identify mandatory withholdings • Issuance and control of withholding payment slips/forms • Review of CNDs (tax clearance certificates) for municipal and federal compliance • Reconciliation of withholding accounts

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the tax area, with a focus on federal withholding and ISS
  • Knowledge of applicable municipal and federal legislation
  • Bachelor's degree completed in a related field (Accounting, Law, Business Administration)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel; knowledge of Tableau or another BI tool is desirable
  • Ability to identify and resolve tax inconsistencies
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Organized profile with good communication skills
  • Own computer with stable internet access
  • Availability to work remotely during business hours
