Job Requirements
- Proven experience scaling growth in a DTC / eCommerce business
- Strong understanding of full-funnel growth (acquisition → retention)
- Experience working across performance marketing, CRO and lifecycle
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into action
- Experience building or working within experimentation frameworks
- Strong commercial understanding of CAC, LTV, CVR, AOV
- Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, product and ops
- Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
