Role Description We’re looking for a Contracts Manager who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and own the day-to-day execution of contracting at scale. This is a hands-on role focused on driving deals forward, managing volume, and keeping our commercial engine running smoothly. You will sit at the center of our deal flow, working closely with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Security to get contracts reviewed, negotiated, and signed quickly and efficiently. This role is less about high-level legal theory and more about operational excellence, judgment, and getting things done. What you’ll do - Own high-volume contract review across NDAs, MSAs, order forms, DPAs, and amendments - Turn redlines quickly and keep deals moving toward signature - Apply internal playbooks to assess risk and escalate only when needed - Partner closely with Sales to unblock negotiations and maintain deal momentum - Manage contract workflows in Ironclad and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and speed - Support customer legal and procurement queries with clear, practical responses - Help clean up and maintain templates, clause libraries, and fallback positions - Track contract status, flag bottlenecks, and drive deals to close - Support internal teams (Sales, Security, Finance) in aligning on contractual positions - Jump in wherever needed — from questionnaires to one-off asks — to keep things moving Qualifications - 3–6 years of experience in contracts management, paralegal, or commercial legal roles (ideally in SaaS or tech) - Strong familiarity with commercial agreements (MSAs, DPAs, NDAs) - Comfortable negotiating directly with counterparties on standard terms - Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of deals simultaneously - Scrappy, proactive, and solution-oriented — you don’t wait to be told what to do - Commercially minded with good judgment on when to push vs. when to escalate - Strong communication skills, especially with non-legal stakeholders - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Requirements - Experience working with CLM tools (e.g., Ironclad) and Salesforce - Exposure to data protection and information security terms - Experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles Benefits - Participation in the company’s employee share options plan - Comprehensive health coverage for you and your loved ones - Life Insurance - STD and LTD - The opportunity to contribute to the company's 401k plan - Flexible PTO policy + 11 designated company holidays - Annual learning and development allowance - One-off WFH allowance when you join, offering perks like noise-cancelling headphones or a comfortable desk chair - Enhanced parental leave - Company-funded fertility and family-forming programmes - Menopause care programme with Maven - Sabbatical Program: 5-week paid sabbatical available after 5 years of employment

As Research Participation Manager you will: - Lead the operational delivery and support the strategic development of the Society’s research participation team. - Line manage and develop the Research Participation team and associated staff. - Oversee programme performance and reporting. - Ensure all activity aligns with UK clinical research regulations, data governance requirements, and organisational priorities. - Work collaboratively across the Society and with external partners. - Strengthen cross sector relationships and drive inclusive and culturally competent engagement. - Enhance awareness of, and participation in, vital dementia research, particularly among underserved communities. - Provide high quality, safe, and compliant support for people accessing dementia clinical research opportunities. - Provide leadership, expert guidance and robust programme management to maximise the reach, impact, and visibility of the Society’s research participation initiatives.
