Role Description Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Head of Operations très structuré(e) et orienté(e) exécution pour prendre en charge l’ensemble des opérations post-vente. Il s’agit d’un poste clé, au cœur de l’organisation, destiné à un profil capable de structurer, optimiser et scaler les opérations dans un environnement en forte croissance. En tant que Head of Operations, vous êtes responsable de l’ensemble du cycle post-vente — de la signature jusqu’à l’installation, la satisfaction client et l’encaissement. Vous êtes le pilier opérationnel de l’entreprise, garant(e) de la fluidité des opérations, de la performance des équipes et de l’amélioration continue des process.
