Role Description Für unser Strategie-Team suchen wir im Bereich Social Media / Personal Branding & Content ab sofort eine Werkstudentin (m/w/d), die Lust hat, Inhalte mitzugestalten, Themen aufzubereiten und bei der operativen Steuerung von Content-Prozessen mitzuwirken. Du arbeitest dabei eng mit dem Strategy Director/Lead Content Personal Branding zusammen und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von Content für LinkedIn, Instagram und weitere relevante Social-Media-Kanäle. Deine Aufgaben umfassen vor allem: - Recherche zu Themen, Trends, Personen und aktuellen News - Unterstützung bei der Themenfindung und Weiterentwicklung von Content-Ideen und Formaten - Unterstützung bei der operativen Aussteuerung - Aufbau, Pflege und Strukturierung von Redaktionsplänen - Pflege von Freigabe-Dokumenten und Abstimmung von Freigabeprozessen - Vorbereitung von Community Management und Unterstützung bei der Interaktion auf Social Media - Bildrecherche und Auswahl passender Visuals - Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Templates (z.
