Social Media Specialist
Air Apps
• Plan, write, and publish high-quality content across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. • Manage posting schedules for both company and product-specific pages. • Create meaningful and relevant comments to drive conversations and visibility. • Support community engagement by monitoring and responding to follower interactions. • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with ongoing initiatives (product launches, hiring campaigns, etc.). • Track performance and engagement metrics to continuously improve content strategy. • Stay current with social media trends, language, and best practices to ensure relevance and creativity.
Job Requirements
- Around 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital content writing, or online community engagement.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging social copy.
- Familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices.
- Experience managing multiple pages or brand accounts.
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
