Ketch
• Carry a personal quota and close enterprise deals, modeling best practices for the team from discovery through negotiation to close. • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing Account Executives. • Drive AE-led outbound pipeline generation with clear activity expectations and accountability. • Build and refine the sales playbook: discovery frameworks, competitive positioning, objection handling, pricing strategy, and new hire onboarding. • Develop a strong functional and technical understanding of Ketch products and how they differentiate from competitive offerings. • Monitor enforcement actions, new regulations, and market trends to sharpen positioning and urgency in the sales cycle.
Job Requirements
- 7–10 years of professional sales experience in enterprise SaaS
- 4+ years of quota-carrying, consultative sales at a SaaS company in the data privacy and/or adtech/martech sectors
- 2+ years of average deal sizes in range from $150K to $750K
- 1–2+ years of sales management or team lead experience
- Background in data privacy strongly preferred
- Experience with MEDDPICC or equivalent qualification methodology

• The da Vinci® Clinical Sales Manager plays a critical role in building and developing the clinical field sales team within their region. • Manage and direct the clinical utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System within their installed base. • This includes managing installations, training, and utilization growth within their assigned region, as well as hiring, training, and developing the da Vinci Clinical Sales team. • Serve as a clinical expert for targeted da Vinci procedures. • Develop and implement clinical sales activities to achieve and exceed goals set by senior management. • Expand clinical usage in all existing accounts. • Expand capital activities, focusing on incremental systems. • Expand clinical usage by selling to and training new surgeons across all specialties applicable to the da Vinci® Surgical System. • Manage the training and education process within the installed base. • Lead the new system installation process. • Prospect for new system installations and system upgrades within the existing base. • Provide the clinical sales team with new product information and updates on existing products. • Collaborate closely with Capital, Sales Support and Enabling Functions (Marketing, MACA, Genesis, Customer Service, Customer Success, etc.) to implement new strategies and programs as directed by senior management. • Support the assigned Clinical Sales team in closing deals, delivering sales presentations, and conducting customer visits. • Work collaboratively with Government Affairs, Media, MACA, GAVE, Clinical Affairs, and Marketing teams on strategic initiatives. • Recruit, train, develop, and lead a clinical sales team within the assigned territory. • Diagnose knowledge gaps within your teams and implement training plans accordingly.
