• Build and maintain AI-driven workflows using n8n or similar and custom Python logic • Design agentic systems that: Ingest data Make decisions Take actions across tools (CRM, Leadspedia, GCP, Slack, etc.) • Use LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini) for: Data validation QA automation Content analysis Decision logic • Automate QA processes for: Web forms Lead routing Client criteria enforcement • Integrate workflows with: Google Cloud BigQuery Cloud Functions MCP (Model Context Protocol) APIs and webhooks Internal tools and third-party platforms • Partner with Ops, Marketing, and Tech leaders to: Identify high-ROI automation opportunities Eliminate repetitive human work Document workflows and ensure reliability, monitoring, and error handling

• Design and build scalable data pipelines to ingest, process, and structure large volumes of government contracting data • Develop AI agents and automation systems that deliver actionable insights to end users • Integrate and optimize large language models for summarization, opportunity extraction, personalization, and recommendations • Architect and improve backend systems that support speed, accuracy, and personalization • Own major product features end-to-end, from system design to deployment • Collaborate directly with leadership to scope, prioritize, and ship features rapidly • Continuously improve performance, reliability, and data quality across AI systems

• Automation & Workflow Optimization: Identify recurring support tickets, operational incidents, and manual workflows across teams. • Design and implement durable automation for issues that occur more than once. • Partner with all internal teams to investigate workflow bottlenecks and eliminate them through automation. • AI-Assisted Automation: Use AI-assisted tools to triage incoming tickets or events, Generalize recurring issues into repeatable solutions, Generate scripts, workflows, or pull requests. • Platform & DevOps Support: Participate in incident triage and operational support, including on-call rotations. • Improve CI/CD pipelines (primarily GitHub Actions) to reduce failures, latency, and manual intervention.

• Deliver workflow automation and practical data operations that enable repeatable AI solutions across Vesta Business Units (BUs). • Build reusable workflow components, practical ingestion and data plumbing patterns, and operational measurement templates. • Design and build workflow automations and copilots that reduce manual effort and improve consistency. • Integrate automations with BU systems (ticketing, CRM, telephony, etc.) using connectors or direct API integrations. • Maintain and improve ingestion patterns so they can be reused across BUs with minimal custom work. • Create BU-ready artefacts: runbooks, troubleshooting guides, configuration notes, etc. • Support lightweight training and knowledge transfer so BUs can operate and extend what was delivered.
