• Lead end-to-end disaster recovery projects including mobilization, operations, and closeout • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource strategies • Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with client objectives and contract requirements • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions • Serve as primary liaison to clients and stakeholders • Facilitate meetings, briefings, and status updates with leadership and partners • Provide technical assistance and subject matter expertise to ensure compliance with FEMA programs (e.g. PA, IA, Mitigation) • Oversee documentation, reporting, and audit readiness

• Manage small to medium-sized customers through end-to-end successful implementations and launches, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. • Project manage implementation tasks such as data migration, product training, and organizational roll-out strategies, coordinating internal resources as necessary. • Configure software • Maintain a minimum of 70% productivity. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase. • Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders and team members in a timely manner. • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. • Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies. • Train customers in product and implementation configurations either onsite and/or virtual.

• Responsibility for leading and managing SAP projects across the entire lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget and quality • Establishing and further developing the project organization with governance, methodology, resource planning and project cost accounting • Coordinating all project activities and changes as well as professional change and risk management with relevant stakeholders • Ensuring transparent, solution-oriented communication and handling escalation issues with confidence • Delivering measurable customer value through innovative IT initiatives, holistic solution approaches and actively maintaining and expanding customer relationships

• You'll work directly with the Director to keep a complex, multi-event season running on time and on budget. • Manage vendor payments and onboarding in Ramp, maintain our event budgets, surface emerging issues before they become fires, and help the Director to stay focused on the right things at the right time. • Own day-to-day maintenance of the season event budget — record actuals, track variances, and flag when something is trending off-plan across any of the 6 events. • Manage vendor onboarding and payment processing in Ramp, including setting up new vendors, submitting payments for approval, and ensuring invoices are coded correctly. • Actively surface emerging risks — budget overages, vendor delays, missing deliverables, or timeline slippage — before they escalate. • Prepare concise budget summaries and status updates for leadership, translating complex budget data into clear, actionable snapshots. • Maintain visibility on all open items across the season so the team always has a current picture of where each event stands. • Triage the task queue in Asana — identify what's urgent, what's blocked, and what needs escalation. • Build and maintain event timelines, pre-production checklists, and run-of-show documents. • Track vendor contracts and ensure payment and deliverable milestones are met on schedule. • Support ad hoc operational needs as the season progresses.
