The Senior Retail Menu Manager enables the development, execution, and ongoing maintenance of Sodexo Retail Brand and Catering menus by providing strong project management, systems coordination, and data integrity oversight. This role partners with Segment Leadership, Supply Management, Culinary Solutions, and technology teams to translate approved strategies, scopes of work, and briefs into accurately executed menus supported by validated recipes, products, and systems. The Senior Menu Manager ensures menu data is accurate, aligned, and deployment-ready while supporting decision-makers through analysis, recommendations, and disciplined enablement. This is a remote position. Preference for candidates residing in the Eastern time zone. What You'll Do Key responsibilities: Enablement & Project Management - Serve as the project management and enablement lead for menu-related initiatives across Retail, Brand, and Catering, ensuring timely execution against approved scope, strategy, and priorities - Coordinate all components of Retail Commerce—including labels, barcodes, app photography, pricing, item harmony, and activation readiness—to ensure seamless execution across platforms and points of sale - Coordinate cross-functional workflow between Segment Leadership, Supply Management, Culinary Solutions, POINT Team, and Configuration teams to support smooth execution and activation Menu Systems & Data Integrity - Manage the execution and maintenance of menu data, including ingredient specifications, recipes, nutritionals, and pricing, ensuring alignment with approved strategies Cross-Segment & New Program Support - Support menu development efforts for new and existing service development projects, ensuring readiness of recipes, products, data, and systems - Maintain recipe and menu accuracy to support segment and cross-segment financial, nutritional, product, and brand strategies, escalating risks or gaps as needed Quality, Compliance & Performance Support - Ensure QI/QA processes are in place, consistently followed, and supported by clear documentation and controls What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
