About the Role At Roo, the Growth team works alongside the VP of Data to define the objectives of our company initiatives and ensure we are able to measure their impact. The team has 4 major goals - - Prototyping new data-driven workflows designed to unlock growth. - Helping teams/initiatives/projects define and dashboard their North Star. - Helping teams/initiatives/projects run trusted experiments that attempt to improve a Roo Equation metric. - Helping teams identify interesting trends and perform deep dive analysis We are data driven and focus on a first principles approach. The team is involved in the full lifecycle of major product initiatives: leveraging data to identify opportunities, co-leading initiatives, investigating and sizing them, facilitating measurement of the impact of our efforts and developing/maintaining dashboards to report on our progress. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Growth and while the role will operate on a remote basis, you will be required to occasionally be onsite in our San Francisco coworking space for meetings and team events. Your Responsibilities - Partner with the Product & Cross Functional Leads to set and monitor objectives and core metrics for all product initiatives. - Develop and maintain dashboards to help cross-functional teams and leadership monitor the progress of each independent workstream. - Partner with the Go To Market team to identify opportunities for and measure impact creation/improvement of “levers”. - Translate insights into a clear and effective execution direction for product teams. - Partner with the Product to investigate and size new opportunities. Qualifications - You have experience running ad hoc investigations and exploratory analysis on datasets using SQL, that lead to actionable insights. - You have a deep understanding of typical marketplace metrics and ecosystem dynamics. Ideally, you’ve spent 3+ years in a finance or analytics role at a fast-growing marketplace or SaaS startup. - Partner with Cross Functional Leads to deeply understand historical data and future goals in order to better measure and forecast business performance. - Knowledge of cohort analysis is preferred but not required. - You feel comfortable expressing relationships with mathematical equations. - You are always looking for ways to simplify instead of further complicate. - You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to in the right situation either deeply explain or make totally accessible complex topics. - Exceptional leadership and emotional intelligence with the ability to inspire and motivate cross functional stakeholders through influence over authority. - You’d move mountains (or wash dishes) to drive successful outcomes. - Passion for Roo’s mission to transform the animal health industry through innovation in order to liberate and empower animal health professionals. Role Description Loch Harbour Group is building the Momentum subject matter expert bench for an upcoming Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) opportunity supporting a major federal financial management modernization program. The program is migrating a large federal department from a legacy financial system to a configured deployment of CGI's Momentum Enterprise Suite delivered through a commercial SaaS model, and the IV&V contractor provides objective assurance across implementation waves, operations and maintenance releases, and interface integrations. We are seeking experienced Momentum professionals who want to apply their functional and technical expertise in an independent assurance role on a high-visibility federal modernization. This is not a system integrator or development role. The work is genuine IV&V, providing the Government with decision-quality evidence about system readiness, requirements coverage, interface health, and risk posture. What You Will Do - Perform independent verification and validation of Momentum business processes, configurations, interfaces, and reporting across implementation waves and operations and maintenance releases. - Develop and execute manual and automated Momentum test scripts anchored to approved requirements, business processes, and interface control documents. - Build database queries using TOAD, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, or Oracle SQL Developer to support verification points that cannot be observed through the user interface. - Maintain requirements traceability matrices connecting Momentum test scripts to approved requirements, business processes, designs, and configurations. - Identify, document, and track defects through JIRA and Xray toolchains, reconciling findings weekly against the program's defect management systems. - Support Test Readiness Reviews, Implementation Readiness Reviews, and product reviews of program deliverables including Interface Control Documents, Concept of Operations documents, Release Plans, and Technical Impact Assessments. - Recognize the difference between a Momentum configuration issue and a defect in delivered code, and communicate that distinction clearly to both technical and financial stakeholders. - Contribute to interface regression testing across connected systems, with particular attention to integration points with other enterprise modernization efforts. - Produce findings and recommendations that give Government leadership defensible evidence for wave go-live and release acceptance decisions.
