• Develop and execute procurement strategies that ensure continuous supply of raw materials, fabricated parts, and equipment for manufacturing operations • Collaborate with engineering teams to source specialized components, ensuring technical specifications and quality requirements are met • Build and manage supplier relationships, focusing on cost, quality, lead time, and innovation • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term supply agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms • Monitor supplier performance through key metrics (on-time delivery, quality, cost competitiveness) • Partner with project management, production planning and operations to forecast material needs and align procurement with demand schedules • Manage risk related to supply chain disruptions, shortages, and fluctuating material costs • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety requirements, and company policies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s or professional certification such as CPM, CPSM, or CIPS preferred)
- 10+ years of purchasing experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or technical environment
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing managerial role, overseeing procurement operations, developing teams and leading purchasing functions
- Proven negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills in project-based procurement environment
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, compliance requirements, ERP systems, and procurement software
- Experience with technical specifications, components, and engineered systems
- Leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
- Proven expertise leading multiple procurement initiatives

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to support procurement and finance operations activities. While the title reflects a procurement role, the responsibilities are primarily operational and transactional in nature, similar to an Accounts Payable function. The role involves managing purchase orders, reviewing expense reports, supporting contract administration, and collaborating closely with the Accounts Payable team to ensure compliance, accuracy, and process efficiency. Role Description The Associate Director, Portfolio Resourcing actively manages the relationship with the functional areas regarding the project study costs and resource forecasting data both ad hoc and on set frequencies. In this role, the individual will collaborate across multiple functional stakeholders in identifying, establishing, validating, and managing the resource demand to complement our portfolio demand. - Manage Global Clinical Development (GCD), and as requested, Global Clinical Supply (GCS), and Early Development, global headcount, capacity, and resource planning in support of clinical trial execution, based on our Company's authorized and projected Book of Business (BoB). - Ensure logic checks are applied to the project cost estimates and/or resource forecast demand prior to issuance to the functional areas for review and approval. - Support Late Development Review Committee (LDRC) and other governance meetings by providing baseline and incremental resource demand estimates.
