Role Description Bayer’s Engagement Management squad within the Radiology business unit offers functional project management expertise to a wide range of internal & external customers for Bayer Radiology’s portfolio of products. The Radiology Project Manager - Standard Projects (PM) is responsible for centrally managing the successful installation, integration and execution of Radiology device and informatics software implementations. - Lead all aspects of customer device and informatics software implementation including initial customer contact, kickoff meetings, and establishing a plan that accommodates the customers' objectives and timeframes. - Partner within the squad and with Sales, Field Service, Clinical, and Connectivity teams to ensure installation, connectivity, and clinical training readiness. - Communicate with hospital clinical and administrative teams, PACS Admin, engineering, IT/IS, outside contractors, and OEMs throughout the implementation. - Validate all critical service and networking requirements including room preparation and device requirements. - Build relationships and partner with third-party OEM vendors to ensure proper completion of customer deliverables. - Utilize Salesforce applications to document engagement timelines, risks, actions, contacts, and all other relevant project information. - Adhere to standardized Engagement Management squad processes and communications. - May be required to maintain either Pacific or Eastern time zone core working hours, according to customer demand. Qualifications - Demonstrated ability to adhere to standardized process and apply consistent internal and external communications in the face of unanticipated complexity and high project volume. - Strong communication, alignment, and collaboration skills. - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant project management/coordination experience; or Associate’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma, GED or relevant military experience with 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role managing orders or projects. - Foundational technical competency across Bayer's complete product portfolio, room readiness, and software-installation preparedness. - Demonstrated complex project management skills with professional project management certification. - Fluency in reading blueprints, shielding, and electrical drawings. • Drive construction routes and partner with fiber engineering to define project scope, priorities, schedules, and budgets • Support early project phases including design, estimating, permitting, and procurement • Coordinate with internal project leadership to obtain competitive pricing from construction contractors • Manage project timelines, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and constraints to stakeholders • Monitor material availability and coordinate resources to keep projects on track • Identify and proactively manage risks such as permitting challenges, construction obstacles, and budget impacts • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including municipalities, agencies, and property owners • Visit job sites and permitting offices as needed to gather information, resolve issues, and support project progress • Apply creative problem-solving to identify cost-effective solutions, especially in complex or dense build areas

• Act as “point of contact” for project coordination through final reporting • Coordinate the efforts of AEC team members (e.g., Cost Estimators and Plan Reviewers) in the completion of the project • Effectively facilitate and manage all project-critical issues, including, but not limited to, deadlines, project communications, project meetings, client revisions, deliverables, status reports, and quality control • Create and monitor internal/external timelines for deliverables • Assist in the investigation and reporting of subject site findings for inclusion in reviews and reports • Assembly and review of reserve for replacement, funding schedules, and HUD’s CNA e-Tool • Coordinate/attend project conference calls and meetings, as necessary • Coordinate, participate and/or conduct site visits, as necessary • Review and maintain project submittal checklists with clients to ensure all necessary elements are incorporated into the report.
