• Act as “point of contact” for project coordination through final reporting • Coordinate the efforts of AEC team members (e.g., Cost Estimators and Plan Reviewers) in the completion of the project • Effectively facilitate and manage all project-critical issues, including, but not limited to, deadlines, project communications, project meetings, client revisions, deliverables, status reports, and quality control • Create and monitor internal/external timelines for deliverables • Assist in the investigation and reporting of subject site findings for inclusion in reviews and reports • Assembly and review of reserve for replacement, funding schedules, and HUD’s CNA e-Tool • Coordinate/attend project conference calls and meetings, as necessary • Coordinate, participate and/or conduct site visits, as necessary • Review and maintain project submittal checklists with clients to ensure all necessary elements are incorporated into the report.

Role Description Was dich erwartet: - Echte Mitarbeit an Projekten im Low-Code-Versicherungssystem SCIP – begleitet von erfahrenen Kolleg:innen, die von Anfang an als Ansprechpartner:innen zur Seite stehen. - Unterstützung bei der Projektsteuerung: Statusupdates, Terminverfolgung, Abstimmung zwischen Produkt, Entwicklung und Partnern – mit Einführung in die wichtigsten Projektmanagement-Tools (Jira, Confluence etc). - Dokumentation von Prozessen, Anforderungen und Ergebnissen, damit alle Beteiligten jederzeit auf dem gleichen Stand sind. - Begleitung von Produktentwicklungen von der ersten Idee bis zum Go-live – mit echtem Einblick und Mitarbeit in alle Phasen. - Konfiguration neuer Produkte und Varianten in SCIP (Pricing, Antragsstrecken, Vertragsdokumente) in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden. - Einblicke in KI-gestützte Lösungen zur Schadenbearbeitung und im Service Center. - Mitarbeit bei der Analyse von Auffälligkeiten und Koordination von Lösungen. - Flexibel in Zeit und Ort: Nach einer Einarbeitungsphase vor Ort in unserem Büro in Hamburg mit Elbblick kann ein Großteil der Arbeit remote erfolgen - auch außerhalb Deutschlands. Qualifications - Laufendes Studium, z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar. - Interesse an Projektarbeit, Tech-Affinität, Kundenkommunikation und digitalen Produkten. - Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise – auch wenn mehrere Themen parallel laufen. - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1). - Erfahrung im Versicherungsbereich willkommen, aber kein Muss.
