SOC 2 Project Manager

• Drive the overall project plan, including implementation, evidence collection, and timely completion of all project milestones • Ensure proper documentation, control design, and audit readiness in line with SOC 2 requirements • Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, including executive teams, auditors, suppliers, and cross-functional partners • Coordinate project-related activities across cross-functional teams, including Security, IT, Engineering, HR, Legal, and Procurement • Support project-related purchases and vendor coordination, working closely with Procurement and external suppliers • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, escalating issues internally and externally when necessary • Perform other duties as may reasonably be required in alignment with the purpose of the role

Job Requirements

  • 5 + years of project management experience in IT, cybersecurity, compliance, audit readiness.
  • Proven experience delivering compliance, security, or governance-related projects; SOC 2 Type II experience is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles, including control design and documentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive-level stakeholders and external auditors
  • Understanding of IT and cybersecurity infrastructure, sufficient to coordinate technical teams and interpret audit requirements
  • Experience working with multicultural, globally distributed teams in remote environments
  • Advanced English level
