Job Description

Product Manager – Player Onboarding, Activation

Ludicrum

• Own and optimize the visitor-to-registration funnel, analyzing user behavior to identify drop-offs and friction points. • Partner with Marketing/Acquisition teams to align on campaign intent, traffic quality, and conversion performance. • Own the end-to-end registration flow, collaborating with Compliance to ensure seamless KYC integration. • Work closely with Design to deliver intuitive onboarding flows that guide users toward first value quickly. • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and updates, for the specific owned product areas. • Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather requirements and manage expectations. • Present product plans, progress, and performance to the Head of Product and other key stakeholders. • Conduct training sessions and provide expert support to internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the product. • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the quality of delivered features. • Assist in the quality assurance process by reviewing product changes and enhancements to ensure they meet regulatory standards, user needs, and industry best practices. • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify areas for improvement. • Analyze user behavior to drive innovation and enhancements that improve product functionality, usability, and customer satisfaction. • Implement data-driven improvements to enhance product functionality, usability, and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with the customer success and support teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, with a strong focus on product knowledge and user experience.
  • Proven expertise in product management, development, or a related role within the iGaming sector.
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming industry, including market trends, user behavior, and regulatory landscape.
  • Familiarity with different types of iGaming products (e.g., online casinos, sports betting, poker).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
