Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or marketing analytics
- Strong experience with GA4
- 2+ years of experience working with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Improvado, AgencyAnalytics, and Whatagraph.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and optimize dashboards using platforms like Looker, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), SA360, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with ad platforms and marketing metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) (B2-C1)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Nice-to-Haves**
- Experience with call tracking platforms (CallRail, WhatConverts, etc.)
- Familiarity with SQL or advanced data tools
- Experience working with multi-channel marketing data
- Experience supporting paid media teams
- Experience working with US-based clients

Role Description We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our globally distributed Data Services team across Europe, Israel, and India. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for both platform evolution and organizational scaling, including establishing and growing our data engineering hub in India. You will own systems that sit at the core of LivePerson’s near-real-time data platform, streaming, processing, storing, and serving both meta data and content for conversations at massive scale, enabling analytics, AI application, and customer integration.
