• Realize and develop the design intent for both fixed and loose furniture within ultra high-end residential, hospitality, and retail projects. • Translate concept designs into highly detailed, production-ready furniture packages aligned with luxury standards. • Coordinate closely with luxury brands, European factories, and bespoke manufacturers to ensure alignment with design intent, technical feasibility, production requirements, and quality expectations. • Develop custom-made furniture pieces with exceptional precision, including detailed specifications, material selections, and construction detailing. • Integrate appliances and technical components into furniture design when required, ensuring seamless aesthetic, technical, and functional coordination. • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of: - Fillers, textures, materials, finishes, upholstery techniques, and construction methods - Bespoke furniture production processes - Quality control standards for high-end manufacturing • Manage and follow up all stages of loose furniture development, including: - Brand selection and specification - Custom design development and detailing - Shop drawing review and technical validation - Material, finish, and sample approval - Prototype development and validation - Production monitoring and factory coordination - Quality checks at key production milestones - Pre-shipment inspections and final quality control - Delivery coordination and installation follow-up • Maintain strict attention to detail while ensuring alignment with project timelines, procurement schedules, and budget constraints.

• Work closely with the audio team and other job families to design and implement immersive audio system, such as multi-channel surround sound and others • Manage and optimize the performance of game audio systems • Coordinate with other developers to build supportive dev tools

• Develop original consumer product concepts that align with our content, storylines, and fanbase of all ages. • Pitch ideas and concepts to the Merchandise manager and upper management to incorporate feedback to refine and improve concepts. • Work through design challenges and development restraints, adapting as needed to maintain creative integrity. • Create quick conceptual sketches, fully rendered designs, and 3D sculpts as needed for all projects. • Champion great design in products and be a mentor for junior designers and artists. • Immerse and learn about Catface and its content to ensure all products are authentic and relevant to our stories and Aphmauverse. • Work closely with the Merchandise Manager & Director of Merchandise to align on creative direction and concept execution and deadlines. • Actively partner with PD to ensure designs are within cost requirements, manufacturability, and schedules. • Ensure design turnarounds, CMFs 3D files are completed with attention to detail while meeting crucial deadlines. • Balance multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all milestones and deadlines met internally, externally, and cross-functionally. • Provide clear updates to leadership on design progresses, challenges, and opportunities.
