Home Alliance
• Following up with customers after technician visits or estimates • Managing communication via calls, SMS, and email until a clear outcome is reached • Working with field teams to structure offers, pricing adjustments, or service alternatives • Handling objections and increasing conversion rates • Explaining scope of work (repairs, installations, upgrades, etc.) in a clear, confident way • Tracking all activity in CRM • Consistently hitting weekly and monthly targets
Job Requirements
- Strong sales / closing experience (follow-up-heavy roles preferred)
- Ability to work in Los Angeles timezone (PST)
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and explain service estimates
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously
- Experience in home services is a strong plus
