Role Description Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development, the Corporate Development Analyst will be responsible for supporting various workstreams throughout the transaction lifecycle from sourcing to post-closing activities. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across the corporate development team, business units, and corporate functions to: - Develop business cases - Construct financial models - Facilitate internal decision-making - Conduct due diligence - Implement integration strategies Additionally, the Analyst will partner with the Director of Enterprise Strategy on select initiatives related to identifying and assessing both organic and inorganic growth opportunities. This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 1 year of investment banking or transaction advisory experience, demonstrating success in high velocity environments with exposure and familiarity with the entire deal process (can be satisfied via internships or employment) - Highly analytical with strong financial modeling skills, including financial statement construction, reformulation and analysis - Proficient in MS Office, specifically in the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Exceptional organizational skills, detail oriented, with the ability to manage high volume of deliverables, multiple projects concurrently, and meet tight deadlines - Strong communication skills in creating reports, presentations and reviews for the M&A, strategy and transformation teams - Experience with data tools such as Pitchbook, FactSet, CapIQ, and various data room platforms Requirements - Support end-to-end transaction process, including business case development, due diligence, post-closing integration activities, and reporting - Assist in all aspects of analysis and financial modeling (including scenario analysis, synergies and valuation), in partnership with colleagues from across business units and corporate functions (finance, tax, etc.) - Conduct landscape/target analysis and present findings/insights to the M&A, strategy, and transformation teams - Develop and prepare materials tailored to the needs of the targeted internal audiences Benefits - The pay range for this position is between $49,000 - $75,000 annually - Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location - An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package - Full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered
