Position Description: Ardent is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, particularly for Esri software solutions. This role is integral to ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications through effective automation strategies. Key Responsibilities: Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for Esri software products. Utilize tools and methodologies to ensure comprehensive test coverage and efficient execution. Test Planning: Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and define test plans, including both functional and performance criteria for Esri applications. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in test automation engineering, with a focus on federal contracting environments. Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit). Strong experience with Esri software and APIs, including ArcGIS and related technologies. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Familiarity with federal contracting processes, documentation, and compliance requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with additional Esri products or tools. Certification in relevant test automation tools or methodologies. Previous experience working with Agile or DevOps methodologies. • Crafting comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases that cover functional requirements, edge cases, and "negative" testing scenarios • Using Wireshark to perform deep packet inspection (DPI), to ensure the system is responding to traffic as expected • Creating synthetic network traffic and "noise" to trigger different system behaviours • Running end-to-end regression suites during every release cycle to ensure that new feature updates do not break existing monitoring or alerting logic • Identifying, logging, and tracking software defects, then collaborating closely with developers to reproduce complex network-based race conditions

• Architect and scale full-stack automation frameworks (Java/Kotlin) across CRM, BSS, and OSS stacks. • Drive E2E validation for UI, API, and backend layers to ensure seamless CI/CD integration and zero-defect delivery. • Pioneer testing strategies for Generative AI and LLMs. • Develop rigorous frameworks to mitigate hallucinations, bias, and toxicity, using advanced prompt engineering to align model outputs with business safety standards. • Act as the primary technical authority for field escalations. • Conduct deep-dive root-cause analysis on production issues and distill complex technical findings into actionable insights for executive stakeholders. • Architect and execute end-to-end test strategies across the GFiber software ecosystem, ensuring rigorous quality standards throughout the entire SDLC. • Orchestrate complex integration testing for critical business systems, including CRMs (Salesforce), OSS, Billing, and Provisioning, to ensure zero-defect transitions across the customer lifecycle. • Design specialized QA frameworks for Generative AI and LLMs, utilizing advanced prompt engineering and evaluation metrics to mitigate hallucinations, bias, and toxicity while ensuring alignment with core business logic.
