Role Description Als (Junior) B2B Manager (gn) bist du der direkte Sparringspartner unseres B2B Leads und sorgst dafür, dass unsere strategischen Pläne auch im Tagesgeschäft glänzen. Du lieferst Analysen, bereitest Präsentationen vor, sorgst für reibungslose Abstimmungen und packst da an, wo du gebraucht wirst — operativ, organisatorisch und kommunikativ. So ermöglichst du unserem B2B Vertrieb, die Marke ESN im Handel stark zu platzieren. Deine Mission bei uns: - Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung der B2B Go-To-Market-Strategie — von der Sortimentsgestaltung bis zu Promotions und POS-Aktivierungen. - Du erstellst und pflegst Sales- und Präsentationstools, die unseren Key Account Managern und Außendienstlern die Arbeit erleichtern. - Du trackst wichtige KPIs und Sales-Zahlen, bereitest Reportings vor und leitest erste Handlungsempfehlungen ab. - Du koordinierst Abstimmungen mit internen Schnittstellen wie Vertrieb, Brand, Trade Marketing, Operations und Category Management. - Du organisierst Meetings, bereitest interne B2B Brand News Updates vor und hältst die Inhalte up-to-date. - Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Innovation Sell-In Toolkits, um neue Produkte optimal im Handel zu platzieren. Qualifications - Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (ein Master-Abschluss ist von Vorteil). - Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales oder Marketing im B2B-Umfeld im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel mit. - Du hast ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und Spaß daran, Daten auszuwerten und anschaulich aufzubereiten. - Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise — Excel & PowerPoint sind für dich keine Fremdwörter. - Du bist kommunikationsstark, denkst mit und bringst dich aktiv ein, um Prozesse zu verbessern. - Du arbeitest gerne im Team und behältst auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick. - Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse mit und fühlst dich sicher im Austausch mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern.
