• Conduct regular calls with the VP & CBM’s to assist with data analysis training and prepare materials for weekly and monthly customer reviews. • Translate complex data sets from Circana and internal customer POS portals into actionable insights to monitor promotional effectiveness and inventory health across the account portfolio. • Help secure distribution, pricing, promotion, shelf positioning, and margin objectives by item/category within direct territory accounts, ensuring alignment with published brand strategies. • Support forecasting customer events as required. • Collaborate with CBMs to collect and verify data, ensuring all key tracking requirements- including CAR, Inventory, Line Reviews, Business Plans and TOS- are accurate and up to date. • Effectively manage the administrative responsibilities including price change forms, deductions, and selling and planning schedules. • Manage select ad hoc tertiary accounts.

• Serve as the Customer Business Manager for the West Grocery Territory, overseeing the strategic and end-to-end operational management of a significant retail portfolio. • Directly manage the Albertsons account, with all its divisions. • Accountable for driving sales revenue and maximizing long-term Hartz category volume by achieving sales targets, category volume, and profit goals for the overall territory. • Cultivate exceptionally strong relationships with key account stakeholders and brokers. • Leverage fact-based consumer, product, or market insights derived from analyzing POS and syndicated data to build data-driven annual business plans and execute promotional strategies. • Identify and secure new business opportunities and build a compelling selling story for all category and line reviews. • Effectively manage administrative responsibilities, including price change forms, deductions, and selling and planning schedules.
