Senior Manager - Business Analysis - Dynamic Audit Solution

Role Description You will strategic requirement management and advanced user story development for DAS and related solutions. You will collaborate with multiple colleagues and Agile teams. You will communicate complex methodological and technical requirements between methodology and custom development team representatives. This collaboration will ensure seamless feature definition and agreement on the DAS. This role is instrumental to help develop an AI-assisted requirements definition pipeline. You will report to the Senior Director - DAS Product Management. You will use a 100% remote work pattern. - Collaborate with executive partners and senior management to elicit high-level strategic requirements, ensuring agreement on organizational goals and industry best practices. - Champion strategic requirement management by collaborating with product owners, subject matter experts, and Agile development teams to prioritize requirements for DAS features. - Manage the product backlog, working with DAS Product Owners to ensure feature prioritization and delivery. - Lead the development of comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile artifacts to communicate requirements to development teams. - Use advanced modeling techniques to enhance the clarity of user stories, facilitating deeper understanding by development teams. - Leverage, maintain and evolve the DAS AI-assisted requirements pipeline to improve requirements quality through embedded system knowledge, AI-tuning and process improvement. - Provide leadership in Agile development processes, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and priorities across Agile teams, and pre-emptively addressing potential questions or requirement needs. - Lead efforts to advocate for using new techniques for improved story definition, use of AI, development of user scenarios and better test cases. Qualifications - CPA - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 7+ years of public accounting or relevant experience that delivers understanding of auditing standards, methodology and practice. The Senior Manager, Enterprise Data Management will lead and oversee the Firm’s data management capabilities across key platforms and business systems. This role is responsible for establishing data governance practices, improving data quality, enabling secure and compliant data access, and partnering with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable data products (e.g., reporting, analytics, integrations, and master/reference data). The Senior Manager, Enterprise Data Management manages priorities and budgets for data initiatives, coordinates vendors and internal teams, and ensures that data services align with Firm objectives and risk requirements. Substantial interaction and proficiency with the Firm’s AI systems, such as Harvey and Copilot is a requirement. This position reports to the Chief Information Officer and collaborates with Finance, HR, Client Development, Risk and Information Governance, legal practices and other teams across the organization. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with strong data and systems expertise who can deliver trusted outcomes to the Firm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Manage a team of data and technology professionals; provide guidance, feedback, and coaching - Measure outcomes through data quality, timeliness/freshness, adoption, usage, incident reduction, and stakeholder satisfaction - Ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of data platforms, integrations, and data pipelines - Plan and execute data initiatives (data quality, master/reference data and integrations) in alignment with business goals and priorities - Manage the data program and platform budget;
