• Collaborate with local reps to develop and execute strategies for closing high-value opportunities. • Working closely with local rep, taking ownership of key account presentations, negotiations, and proposals to drive success. • Increase revenue at primary accounts by achieving or surpassing sales targets while making strategic and efficient decisions regarding travel and key account management. • Support the onboarding and training of new or underperforming sales reps. • Provide ongoing coaching and upskilling to strengthen the capabilities of the sales team. • Partner with leadership to strategize on rep development and performance improvements. • Assist in forecasting efforts and pipeline management to ensure data-driven decision-making. • Offer field coaching and real-time support to reps during campus visits. • Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies and execution plans.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years experience (five or more years preferred) as a field sales representative in higher education courseware sales, with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals
- Demonstrated success in key account management and sales strategy.
- Experience in pipeline management and forecasting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and closing large committee adoption deals.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A mentor and leader who thrives on developing talent and driving team success.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and align with both sales reps and leadership.

Role Description This role contributes to the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions within the Project Management function and will lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing fintech products. • Identify and analyze impactable utilization trends, and partner with the market interdisciplinary team to identify and plan interventions: • Using Root Cause Analysis and other clinical assessment strategies, analyze inpatient admissions to identify preventable utilization, and build strategies to avoid future utilization within the market’s membership. • Prepare case summaries to facilitate interdisciplinary discussion targeted at identification and planning of activities with the interdisciplinary team that will prevent hospitalization or worsening of patient condition • Actively screen entire market population utilizing integrated data to identify patients at increased risk for utilization • Utilize internal and external reporting tools and data to guide opportunities to reduce hospitalization and rehospitalization in collaboration with all market-level leadership • Design, implement, and manage projects in partnership with the Director of Clinical Care, Market Medical Director, and other key leaders to ensure interventions are being implemented, progress tracked, and outcomes reported • Partner with actuarial and med economics team to identify trends in cost and utilization data and identify areas of potential improvement and impacts • Assist with data summary and analysis presentation for use in JOC meetings • Support proof point analyses by providing clinical expertise and insights • Lead and support medical expense management activities including data review, audits, and reporting
