Enterprise Events Group
• The Senior Event Manager serves as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, owning the planning and delivery of executive meetings while ensuring flawless execution, proactive communication, and alignment with the client’s business objectives. • Work as part of a dedicated team of 4–5 event professionals. • Assume full ownership and accountability for the planning and execution of client-dedicated executive meetings and events. • Serve as a primary point of contact for senior-level client stakeholders maintaining clear, concise, and executive-ready communication. • Lead and execute executive meetings desk operations, managing complex, confidential, and detail-driven programs. • Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of 4–5 event professionals, supporting team execution and ensuring seamless coverage across programs. • Proactively identify risks, anticipate needs, and resolve issues with discretion and professionalism. • Manage event budgets, invoicing, schedules of payments, and cost-savings reporting with a high degree of accuracy and transparency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5+ years of corporate event or executive meeting management experience
- Prior experience supporting senior-level or executive stakeholders
- Strong background in agency or corporate environments preferred
- Minimum 3–4 years of direct client management experience
- Proven ability to manage complex budgets, including multi-million-dollar programs
- Demonstrated success delivering high-touch, detail-driven events

• Plan and execute 15–20 highly complex events across the U.S. annually • Collaborate with business partners to achieve event objectives • Identify appropriate venues, negotiate contracts, and manage all site logistics • Proactively assess potential risks and implement contingency plans to address issues during events • Communicate essential information to business partners as needed • Provide comprehensive post-event reporting, analysis, and actionable insights to business partners and leadership • Influence and uphold best practices and company guidelines to ensure all meetings align with organizational vision • Lead projects as required
