Role Description We’re looking for a CPQ Specialist to join our team of Salesforce Admins, Developers and Analysts. We’re looking for someone possessing a highly collaborative work style operating efficiently in a dynamic small-team environment. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge and have a history of helping to deliver CPQ (Configure Price Quote) solutions as a technical resource. Ideally you will have some experience with Revenue Cloud as we will be migrating to that solution in the near-term future. This position can be remote or work from our Bengaluru office and will need to work hours that significantly overlap with our East Coast US based company hours. Work you’ll do - Work within our Enterprise Applications Team to support the business. - Responsible for helping configure CPQ to the designed specification. - Provide initial testing to ensure compliance. - Assist in building out test scripts and User Acceptance Testing. - Support the Admins and Analysts with daily tasks, documentation, and tech debt remediation. - Assist with other related applications such as DocuSign, Own Backup, RingLead, and others.
