Role Description We’re looking for a CPQ Specialist to join our team of Salesforce Admins, Developers and Analysts. We’re looking for someone possessing a highly collaborative work style operating efficiently in a dynamic small-team environment. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge and have a history of helping to deliver CPQ (Configure Price Quote) solutions as a technical resource. Ideally you will have some experience with Revenue Cloud as we will be migrating to that solution in the near-term future. This position can be remote or work from our Bengaluru office and will need to work hours that significantly overlap with our East Coast US based company hours. Work you’ll do - Work within our Enterprise Applications Team to support the business. - Responsible for helping configure CPQ to the designed specification. - Provide initial testing to ensure compliance. - Assist in building out test scripts and User Acceptance Testing. - Support the Admins and Analysts with daily tasks, documentation, and tech debt remediation. - Assist with other related applications such as DocuSign, Own Backup, RingLead, and others. Qualifications - Salesforce CPQ, Admin & Platform I Developer Certified. - Experience with Advanced Approvals, Price Rules, Advanced Order Management. - Functional knowledge of 3rd Party Applications: Document generation and eSignature, such as DocuSign. - Experience in onsite technical roles on full-lifecycle Lead-to-Cash projects, with strong application, integration, and data migration technical solution and implementation expertise in Salesforce CPQ. - Integration expertise to ERP’s such as NetSuite, SAP, Sage or others. - Strong English oral and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. - Experience working on projects that included an integration to NetSuite. - Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant Certified. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. - 5+ years of functional, hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience. - Deep CPQ experience for SaaS, technology subscription businesses, including renewals of contracts, add-ons or amendments to contracts, and co-termination of contracts.

Develop and implement applications, translate technical specifications into code, and provide production support while adhering to software development methodologies and participating in design inspections to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Lead security integration efforts across the software development lifecycle. • Manage and maintain a library of security audit tools, and corresponding processes for system security testing • Identify vulnerabilities in code and work with developers to remediate them. • Automate security testing in CI/CD pipelines. • Conduct advanced threat modeling and oversee secure architectural choices. • Manage security incident response and remediation efforts. • Mentor developers on secure coding practices and conduct training sessions. • Track and report progress on security vulnerabilities in formal reviews. • Establish container security standards. • Collect compliance evidence in support of reviews and audits.
