• Define and evolve the customer identification strategy. • Lead the digital payments hub, focusing on growth and efficiency of digital channels. • Structure and evolve discount policies and multi-brand strategies. • Participate in strategic discussions with acquirers, payment processors and financial institutions. • Manage the backlog of multiple squads (3 squads), ensuring efficient prioritization in a high-demand environment. • Plan, coordinate and monitor schedules, budget and resource allocation. • Define and monitor KPIs and OKRs, ensuring performance and continuous value delivery. • Lead product evolution initiatives with a focus on efficiency and scalability. • Drive product expansion to new brands and contexts. • Manage organizational and product changes. • Act as a bridge between business areas, technology and external partners. • Ensure clear communication with technical teams and consultancies, actively participating in technical agendas.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience as a Senior Product Manager in complex environments.
- Experience with electronic payment systems (acquirers, payment processors, banks, gateways).
- Strong strategic definition and prioritization skills.
- Experience managing multiple squads.
- Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at different levels.
- Experience with scalable digital products.
- Knowledge of user identity and authentication.
