Senior Case Manager

Ellis Porter - The Immigration Attorneys

• Reviewing client submitted information prior to potential client consultation meetings • Participating in client consultation meetings • Setting up client cases in our firm case management system and updating other relevant internal databases • Reviewing the client career summary • Preparing the client document list • Reviewing any client documents submitted relevant to their case • Assignment of projects to other team members for client cases within your attorney team • Editing legal documents or immigration forms • Communicating directly with the client on status of case, documentation, etc. • Providing feedback to other members of the High-Skilled Immigration on any documentation, process or case updates

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a writing-intensive or STEM field
  • Demonstrated high level of rhetorical (persuasive) writing and editing
  • Thorough attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with a rigorous approach to evaluating arguments and evidence
  • Flexible and able to quickly adapt to rapid changes in the workplace
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong word processing and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with utilizing technology in your work
