Role Description As a Modern Infrastructure Sales Executive, your mission is to put businesses on the best possible path to a sustainable and ground-breaking future. You will: - Guide customers through modernization of their infrastructure. - Unlock new opportunities and overcome technological and business barriers. - Deliver a compelling and customized roadmap for modernization. - Work closely with account teams to develop advanced Datacenter, AI, and storage hybrid infrastructures. - Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Architects to ensure customers find fast value in their discussions. - Engage with account executives, sales leadership, and GTM team members to grow the Modern Infrastructure business. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience successfully selling technology solutions in dedicated sales or technical pre-sales roles. - Extensive experience aligning business objectives with relevant technology requirements. - Proven track record in identifying, developing, and driving sales for legacy infrastructure environments. - In-depth knowledge of Cisco product lines and solutions for modern infrastructure needs. - Strong expertise in Data Center, hybrid cloud, and public cloud models. - Adept at building relationships with customer decision makers. - Exceptional communication skills, especially in conveying complex modern infrastructure concepts. - Recognized demand generation capabilities focused on proactive selling. - Creative, strategic thinker with a client-focused service approach. - Willingness and ability to travel frequently within a designated Sales District, up to 25% of the time. Requirements - Grow and develop Hybrid IT Solutions and Services. - Leverage the challenger Sales methodology and insights-driven sales processes. - Collaborate with District Sales Teams to create and execute a strategy for new opportunities. - Build and maintain account and market penetration plans. - Quarterback opportunities from assessing customer needs through closing deals. - Engage pre-sales and internal support for outstanding service. - Nurture strategic relationships with key Hybrid IT partners and vendors.
