Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus. - Prior experience in customer service or a chat-based support role is advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level. - Familiarity with CRM software and online chat platforms is a plus. - A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mentality. Requirements - Excellent written communication skills in English, with a strong focus on grammar, spelling, and clarity. - Ability to type accurately and efficiently at a reasonable speed. - A strong customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help and resolve customer issues. - Basic computer proficiency and comfort navigating multiple applications simultaneously. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. - Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business requirements relevant to the Indian market.
