Role Description In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen – inklusive Chatbot-Interaktionen – mit Fokus auf schriftliche Kommunikation. - Du analysierst technische Probleme anhand von Logs und Kundendaten. - Dokumentierst wiederkehrende Fehlerbilder. - Arbeitest eng mit dem internen Entwicklungsteam zusammen. - Die Arbeitszeiten orientieren sich an deutschen Bürozeiten, die Stelle ist jedoch vollständig ortsunabhängig. Qualifications - Technische Affinität oder Erfahrung im technischen Kundensupport. - Eine strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise, selbständiges und lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen. - Erfahrung mit KI Tools ist ein klares Plus. - Deutsch und Englisch sind die primäre Arbeitssprache; Französisch oder skandinavische Sprachen sind ein Vorteil. - Wir suchen schnelle Lerner mit einer proaktiven und positiven Einstellung.
