Circular Action Alliance

• Own and manage the organization’s digital engagement platforms, including the website (WordPress), marketing automation and email marketing (Salesforce Account Engagement and Mailchimp) and webinar platform (Zoom) • Lead the build, testing, and QA of emails, forms and automations to support lead nurturing and engagement, in close collaboration with Marketing, Communications and Producer Services • Oversee website and newsletter administration using content from Communications, Producer Services and other teams • Ensure accurate tagging and analytics • Manage release calendars • Coordinate with IT to support integrations, enhancements and platform performance • Operate the shared services model, including intake, triage and routing • Enforce SLAs • Manage a prioritized backlog • Ensure request completeness • Coordinate approvals and compliance • Build, maintain and analyze dashboards and reports to measure and improve upon success metrics • Serve as the internal SME on Google Analytics 4 (GA4), analyzing website performance, user behavior and conversion data to inform optimization and strategy • Implement tracking and pixels across digital properties • Develop and pilot AI ‑ assisted workflows • Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency, consistency and scale • Build and maintain audience lists and manage list hygiene across Mailchimp and Salesforce • Serve as the internal SME on marketing compliance requirements, including CAN SPAM, CASL, GDPR and other applicable data privacy and digital communications regulations, in partnership with Legal and IT as needed • Provide technical support and user training for external-facing digital engagement platforms (e.g., Zoom), including live technical support during webinars and virtual events. • Support Campaign & Content Manager with paid advertising initiatives, including SEM and LinkedIn campaigns • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders across Communications, Creative, IT, and Producer Services to ensure effective delivery of marketing initiatives. • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, digital marketing production, lead generation, campaign execution, web management, or related areas.
  • Hands-on expertise managing and optimizing WordPress websites, Mailchimp, Salesforce Account Engagement, Zoom and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Working knowledge of SEO, GEO, AEO and search engine marketing (SEM), with the ability to support and QA paid and organic performance efforts.
  • Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows (Salesforce and/or make.com) including custom GPTs or agent-based tools.
  • Basic HTML proficiency to support email marketing templates and routine website updates.
  • Strong process design, analytics and QA mindset, with focus on accuracy, scalability and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, with comfort managing competing requests in a fast‑paced, scaling organization.
  • Interest in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) ethically to improve marketing efficiency and outcomes.
  • Experience using or supporting project intake, ticketing or request-tracking systems.
  • Experience with lead‑generation flows, marketing technology stacks, and automation systems.

Role Description We’re looking for a Manager, Event Marketing who enjoys both a buzz and a challenge. In this role, you will support the organization’s global strategy for industry events and sponsorships. You will communicate and work closely with stakeholders and commercial teams to align on event goals, sponsorship benefits, and branding.
