Correspond all products related items, also will do transfer from TD. You will be working with a team of other PI, process and equipment engineers responsible for starting up, developing and optimizing metrology recipe to improve product quality and reliability, working on detection enhancement, yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems. Responsibilities and Tasks: Metrology Application Engineer role is responsible for recipe healthiness/explore new methodology/Capacity/Quality/Yield(Detection and new responsibility) Also development in collaboration with technology development team to meet Micron's technology roadmap.
