Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for enterprise IT, data, AI, and platform initiatives - Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success metrics in alignment with business goals - Establish and govern project management frameworks, including Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid delivery models - Drive stakeholder management, including senior leadership, business owners, vendors, and engineering teams - Oversee risk, dependency, and issue management, ensuring proactive mitigation and clear communication - Manage project budgets, financial tracking, and resource planning - Coordinate release planning, sprint execution, and delivery tracking using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or MS Project - Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards where applicable - Enable continuous improvement through retrospectives, value stream mapping, and process optimization - Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of delivered solutions Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in Project / Program Management within enterprise technology environments - Strong experience delivering projects across data platforms, analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives - Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project governance - Experience managing distributed and cross-functional global teams - Strong knowledge of risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery assurance - Hands-on experience with project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interactions - Ability to translate business vision into executable delivery plans Preferred Qualifications - Advanced academic background in Information Systems / IT / Engineering - Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern data ecosystems - Exposure to data governance, BI, analytics, or AI-driven initiatives - Prior experience working with global clients and remote delivery models How to Apply Send your updated resume to Shabnambanu.Varshani@NewEraTech.com Company Description New Era Technology, LLC., and its subsidiaries (“New Era” “we”, “us”, or “our”) in its operating regions worldwide are committed to respecting your privacy and recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Data that you may provide us. Role Description We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager to work with our AFL Hyperscale team. This position will be able to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. The Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects. This includes: - Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. - Providing frequent communication/reporting and proactive planning to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities include: - Maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding AFL’s products and services and their applications to potential customers. - Acting in a consultative role to the customer to ensure that they can easily order, install, and add value to their internal programs with our programs and services. - Maintaining sufficient knowledge of strategic customer’s business to recognize opportunities and be perceived by the customer as a problem solver and cost displacement specialist. - Communicating new opportunities and their business potential to the sales and marketing management on a timely basis. - Providing direction to the customer service representative organization in support of customer needs. - Reporting all customer problems to management as quickly as possible to ensure timely resolution. - Tracking the progress of problem resolution and ensuring it meets customer requirements. - Developing a full-scale project plan, including scheduling, execution planning, and tracking. - Defining project tasks and resource requirements. - Continuously monitoring and reporting on project progress to all stakeholders. - Effectively communicating project plans and expectations to team members/stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. - Identifying, managing, and mitigating risks. - Managing changes in project scope and anticipating deviations from the plan or schedule. - Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising project team members. - Exercising good judgment and acting quickly to resolve issues. - Materials management.
