• Own end‑to‑end delivery for large‑scale software and AI initiatives, ensuring predictable execution across multiple workstreams • Serve as the primary client partner for delivery, managing expectations, communication, and stakeholder alignment at all levels • Collaborate with Technical Leads, Architects, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into actionable plans • Build and maintain delivery roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies • Facilitate cross‑team coordination, ensuring dependencies, blockers, and risks are identified early and resolved quickly • Leverage AI‑assisted tools to improve planning, estimation, documentation, and reporting • Ensure teams follow modern engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, observability, and secure development • Produce clear, executive‑level reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes • Lead discovery sessions, scope definition, and solution framing with clients and internal teams • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across distributed teams
Job Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience managing complex software delivery projects in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, particularly in Java full‑stack, cloud, and API‑driven architectures
- Experience supporting or delivering AI‑enabled features or integrating AI/ML services
- Proven ability to partner with senior client stakeholders and manage high‑visibility initiatives
- Deep experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models) and the ability to adapt them to real‑world constraints
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical contexts
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern DevOps practices is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks, and cross‑functional teams
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
