• Develop and support HL7 interfaces for the Epic EHR and ancillary systems • Design, build, test, and deploy interfaces using Epic Bridges and HL7 standards • Monitor and maintain interface performance, ensuring data integrity and timely message processing • Troubleshoot and resolve interface errors, message failures, and data discrepancies • Perform HL7 message mapping, transformation, and validation (ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, etc.) • Review Epic release updates and implement required interface changes • Support interface engine maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support integrations and resolve issues • Maintain accurate and up-to-date interface documentation and standard operating procedures • Participate in system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing • Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards, security, and interoperability requirements

• Provide administrative and operational support for corporate and benchtop laboratory computerized systems in Quality Control (QC) laboratories; • Serve as the first point of contact for user incidents, ensuring effective communication with business stakeholders; • Lead or participate in incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of solutions; • Manage system access provisioning and deprovisioning; • Prepare and execute Periodic Reviews and review deliverables from other subject matter experts (SMEs); • Collaborate with IT, Quality Assurance (QA), and Validation teams on system validation activities, upgrades, and break/fix corrections; • Support the assessment and implementation of system improvements based on usage data and ticket trends; • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements in all activities; • Perform other routine duties as required.

• Own the technical foundation of Cursor's Salesforce platform — architecture, standards, governance, and developer tooling (including CI/CD and version control) • Lead and execute the most complex, ambiguous implementations across GTM systems — CPQ, lead routing, deal approval workflows, and lead-to-cash processes • Set and enforce engineering standards across the GTM systems team, with a focus on enabling parallel development without regression or conflict • Pair with and technically mentor junior engineers — getting in the weeds with them, not just reviewing their designs • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to translate messy commercial requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions • Build with a strong balance of code and configuration — knowing when each is the right tool and why

• Develop in-product customisations including value templates, condition scripts, and process tasks using VB.NET within the One Identity Manager environment. • Build and maintain custom web portal interfaces and UI extensions using Angular and TypeScript. • Design and implement integrations between One Identity Manager and external systems using .NET (C# or VB.NET), APIs, and web services. • Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure code to support business operations. • Architect and implement advanced identity lifecycle management processes, role-based access control (RBAC), and provisioning/deprovisioning workflows. • Create complex reports, dashboards, and visualisations in the One Identity Manager environment. • Ensure solutions align with security policies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse and document Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) requirements. • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
