AWS Systems Engineer

• Architect, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, VPC, CloudFront, etc.) • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions • Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK • Monitor system health, performance, and cost using CloudWatch, Datadog, or similar tools • Enforce security best practices — IAM policies, KMS, GuardDuty, security groups, and compliance frameworks • Support disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and incident response • Collaborate with developers to optimize application deployments and container orchestration • Evaluate and recommend new AWS services and architectural improvements
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on AWS experience
- AWS certification (Solutions Architect, SysOps, or DevOps Engineer — Associate or Professional)
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
- Strong experience with IaC tools (Terraform preferred)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, VPN, routing)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes / EKS)
