Role Description The Regional Vice President (RVP) drives sales growth of Delaware Life annuity products and services and key strategic sales initiatives. The RVP collaborates with the Delaware Life National Sales Consulting team to develop and deliver field plans and activities contributing to sales growth. Compensation Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The total compensation for this position ranges from $125,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $300,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
