• Identificar y buscar nuevos clientes potenciales que estén interesados en el servicio de logística. • Crear y desarrollar oportunidades de venta al establecer contacto con posibles clientes y presentarles los servicios de envia.com. • Realizar presentaciones para clientes potenciales, acorde a las necesidades que presenten. • Llevar a cabo el onboarding de plataforma para el cierre de la venta. • Negociar términos de venta, condiciones y precios con los clientes, para llegar a acuerdos que beneficien a ambas partes. • Mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes, proporcionándoles soporte continuo. • Estar al tanto de las tendencias del mercado, la competencia y las necesidades cambiantes de los clientes para ajustar las estrategias de ventas. • Brindar seguimiento a los clientes después de la venta, resolviendo preguntas, inquietudes o problemas que puedan surgir. • Asistir a eventos, ferias comerciales y conferencias para generar leads y promocionar los productos. • Manejar el CRM y mantenerlo actualizado con la información de los clientes y las actividades de ventas. • Trabajar con otros departamentos como marketing, servicio al cliente, TI y contabilidad para garantizar una experiencia fluida y satisfactoria para los clientes.
Job Requirements
- Licenciatura en negocios internacionales, mercadotecnia, ingeniería industrial, administración de empresas y/o afines.
- 2 años de experiencia en ventas, prospección desde cero, B2B,
- Conocimiento de herramientas de búsqueda de leads.
- Manejo de Excel, Sales Navigator y CRM.
- Experiencia en logística, tecnología y transportadoras (No excluyente)
