Job Requirements
- Experience developing backend systems for large-scale SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in object-oriented languages like C#, Java, or Kotlin; comfort navigating a mixed stack (e.g., Python, React, Ruby).
- Experience architecting and designing backend services in a microservices environment.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like New Relic or Kibana, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating system risks.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
- Skilled in SQL and relational databases, with a clear eye on performance and maintainability.
- Strong communicator who collaborates well across roles and backgrounds.
