Role Description Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a detail-oriented Data Cleanser to join our team on a project-based contract. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client datasets, directly supporting operational excellence for our partners. - Cleanse and standardize datasets, including deduplication, formatting, and validation - Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency - Identify and resolve data discrepancies and missing information - Maintain data quality documentation and adhere to data entry standards - Generate basic reports and summaries from cleaned data Qualifications - 2+ years of professional data cleansing experience, including deduplication, standardization, formatting, and validation - Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including filters, formulas, and data validation - Experience using Zoho CRM - Business-fluent English - Ability to provide a brief English voice note introducing yourself - Based in South Africa, Colombia, Ukraine, Argentina, Brazil, or Chile - Able to overlap working hours with US Eastern Time (ET) business hours - Available for a 4–8 week contract duration - Ability to provide details of your equipment for work (laptop/desktop specs, headset) - Ability to provide details on your power setup, including backup solutions (UPS/inverter/generator) - Ability to provide details on your Internet connection and speed, including backups (mobile hotspot/second ISP) Requirements - Experience cleansing CRM contacts or leads data - Experience cleansing product catalog data - Experience cleansing invoices or billing records data - Experience cleansing support ticket data Benefits - Remote work opportunity with flexible scheduling to accommodate US Eastern Time overlap - Project-based contract (4–8 weeks) offering exposure to international BPO operations - Collaborative team environment with support from experienced data professionals - Opportunity to work with leading data management tools and platforms - Professional growth through hands-on experience with diverse datasets

Role Description As a Senior Data Engineer within our Direct-to-Consumer Sports & Entertainment division, you will play a critical role in designing and scaling the data systems that power insights across platforms like Fandango and Rotten Tomatoes. This role sits at the intersection of data architecture, engineering, and business impact—enabling teams to make faster, smarter decisions that shape how millions of fans discover and experience content.
