Task Buddie Virtual Assistance Services
• Research and identify ideal customer profiles and potential leads. • Engage prospects across multiple channels— via phone, email, chats—to spark interest in Task Buddie’s services. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls or product demos. • Track outreach activity and lead data in our CRM to ensure pipeline visibility. • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is a plus—but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop the market in close collaboration with the global/regional Sales and Marketing Director • Define and implement customer action plans for both existing and new customers • Set targets with all stakeholders of the business unit • Lead contract negotiations and conclude agreements • Optimize the customer portfolio and product mix with a focus on profitability • Collect and maintain relevant customer and competitor information and systematically share it within the Greif organization • Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints in cooperation with regional and plant QA and operations personnel • Track performance by customer, region, and product line and deliver accurate monthly reporting • Manage overdue balances in line with company objectives
